Job Duties
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of service technicians and customer service representatives.
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze service performance data and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure the department’s smooth operation.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
- Prepare and manage department budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
- Flexibility to handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the business and adapt to evolving needs.
- 5+ years Automotive Service management experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
- Familiarity with service software systems and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
