Property Maintenance Staff

Express Employment Professionals of Ithaca, NY is recruiting Property Maintenance Technicians for multiple openings with our busy clients in the Ithaca area. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll respond to service requests, conduct inspections, and make repairs in apartments and townhouses. Property Maintenance Tech Job Duties

• Address service requests and concerns promptly.
• Take care of various repair and maintenance duties, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, utilizing a range of tools.
• Assist with grounds cleanup and landscaping as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all levels.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience is essential.
• 2+ years of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry preferred depending on role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently handle repair tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and an interest in advancing to a supervisory role.
